Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, multi-talented Sales & Operations Coordinator to serve as the heartbeat of our sales process. In this role, you won’t just be "taking orders"—you’ll be building relationships, driving growth through our digital channels, and ensuring that the promise we make to the customer is delivered by our dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Proactive Sales & Relationship Management

  • Outbound Calling: Maintain a consistent schedule of calls to existing clients to solicit new orders and check on stock levels.
  • Product Promotion: Introduce and upsell our full product range to current and prospective clients.
  • Payment Monitoring: Track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.

2. Order Fulfilment & Coordination

  • Dispatch Liaison: Act as the bridge between the customer and the warehouse/dispatch department to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve any issues related to order delays, stockouts, or delivery discrepancies.

3. Digital & Online Growth

  • Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with our social media accounts to capture leads and maintain brand presence.
  • E-commerce Aggregators: Manage listings and monitor performance on online selling platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, or industry-specific aggregators).
  • Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and online inquiries to convert digital interest into sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

  • The "Gift of Gab": High energy and comfort with making multiple outbound calls daily.
  • Organizational Ninja: Ability to juggle social media notifications, dispatch logs, and payment spreadsheets without breaking a sweat.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram/LinkedIn/Facebook) and basic e-commerce backend tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for both professional emails and engaging social posts.
  • Experience: 6 months in sales coordination, customer service, or office management is preferred.
