Role Summary

We are looking for a confident and skilled Online Training & Webinar Specialist who will

serve as the primary Webinar Host and Lead Presenter for our daily live sessions. This

role requires strong presentation skills, audience engagement ability, and experience in

delivering professional webinars.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and conduct daily live webinars (60–90 minutes)

• Deliver sessions using pre-defined scripts and presentation decks

• Engage participants through Q&A sessions and live interactions

• Ensure smooth execution of webinars from start to finish

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and tech teams for session alignment

• Operate and manage sessions on Zoom Webinar / Google Meet

• Maintain high-quality professional presentation standards

Mandatory Requirements• 2–3 years of experience in live webinars or online training

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills

• Hands-on experience with Zoom and/or Google Meet

• Comfortable presenting to large live audiences

• Willing to work from office on a daily basis

• Background in training, education, edtech, or sales webinars

• Exposure to AI, business, or digital skill-based topics

• Strong camera presence and effective voice modulation

• Confident, energetic, and audience-focused personality
