Operations Associate – Service Fulfillment & Ground Operations

We are looking for high-energy operators who can manage people, solve real-world problems, and build trust-driven service systems from the ground up.


Role Overview: You will be the bridge between customers, service professionals, and operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional customer experience.


This is a hands-on startup role involving coordination, field execution, onboarding, and quality management.


📌 Key Responsibilities


✅ Service Fulfillment & Customer Coordination

  • Understand customer requirements and assign suitable service professionals
  • Manage daily service requests, schedules, and follow-ups
  • Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution
  • Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction


✅ Onboarding & Training of Service Providers

  • Source and onboard caregivers, domestic workers & housekeeping staff
  • Verify documents and conduct profile validation
  • Explain job expectations and service standards
  • Support training on healthcare basics, hygiene, communication & safety


✅ Field & Ground Operations

  • Meet service partners and customers when required
  • Conduct surprise quality checks & performance reviews
  • Ensure grooming, behavior, and service protocols are followed


✅ Quality & Process Improvement

  • Collect feedback and implement improvement loops
  • Maintain operational trackers and reporting dashboards
  • Assist in building SOPs and scalable processes
  • Use CRM/tools for smooth service operations


🎓 Qualifications

  • 0–2 years experience in Operations / Customer Support / HR Coordination / Field Management
  • Fresh graduates with strong leadership drive are encouraged to apply
  • Preferred background: Staffing, Hospitality, Service Industry, or Startups
