Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth execution of solar projects from initiation to completion.

• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and installation teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Maintain vendor relationships and manage supply chain logistics.

• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement process enhancements.

• Track project progress, resource allocation, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Maintain inventory and oversee logistics for materials and equipment.

• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an field.

• Experience in solar energy, electrical projects, or construction is a plus.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
