Job Title: Operations & Tender Management Executive

Location: As per company projects

Job Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on professional who can handle end-to-end operational work for a growing development company. This role goes beyond site supervision—it blends tender documentation, financial coordination, compliance paperwork, and operational support. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to own multiple functions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Tender & Documentation Management

  • Prepare, compile, and file tender documents (online & offline).
  • Coordinate EMD, BOQ, technical bids, and compliance paperwork.
  • Track tender timelines, submissions, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with departments, consultants, and authorities for approvals.

Finance & Administrative Coordination

  • Assist in basic financial tracking, billing, and expense records.
  • Coordinate with accountants for invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain records related to GST, contracts, and vendor documentation.
  • Support budgeting and cost-monitoring activities.

Operations & Development Support

  • Support project coordination and limited site visits when required.
  • Manage internal reports, MIS, and official correspondence.
  • Handle documentation for new projects, vendors, and partnerships.
  • Assist in compliance, registrations, and statutory filings.

Site & Project Coordination (Limited)

  • Coordinate with site teams for updates and documentation.
  • Ensure paperwork aligns with on-ground progress (not a full-time site role).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in tender management, documentation, or operations preferred.
  • Basic understanding of finance, billing, and contracts.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and online tender portals.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
