Role Overview

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for onboarding schools onto the SchoolFindr network and driving revenue through paid subscription plans and services.

This role is ideal for someone who understands relationship-based selling, can speak confidently with school owners, principals, and administrators, and can convert interest into long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities-

  • Identify, approach, and onboard schools onto the SchoolFindr platform.
  • Build and manage partnerships with school owners, principals, and management teams.
  • Pitch SchoolFindr’s paid plans, including:
  • Admission Assistance Packages
  • 360° Virtual School Tours
  • Visibility & Promotion Plans
  • Optional School ERP / Digital Solutions
  • Conduct product demos and explain platform benefits clearly to decision-makers.
  • Understand school admission goals and recommend suitable paid plans.
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with the operations team.
  • Maintain and update lead status in CRM / tracking tools.
  • Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
  • Gather market feedback from schools to improve offerings and sales strategy.
  • Build long-term relationships to drive renewals and upgrades.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience selling to schools, colleges, EdTech, SaaS, or service-based businesses is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Ability to explain digital products in simple, non-technical language.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ownership-oriented.
  • Basic CRM knowledge and structured sales approach.
