?          Visit the properties being mortgage with KMBL for verticals of commercial & consumer banking.

?          Complete APF process for project like site visit, Builder meeting, Original documents verification.

?          Preparing valuation reports & APF reports for property visited , Vetting external reports, Verifying documents of properties , releasing valuation, putting up for deviation approval to respective authority & updating reports in LOS.

?          Initiation cases to external vendor, getting report in TAT, coordinate with Branch & vendor, Billing of vendor.

?          Needs to adhere policies & processes of bank.

?          Updating to sales/HO for current market trend in real estate.

?          Educational qualification BE in Civil engineering.

?          Must be familiar with location.
