Job Description:

 

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive measurable results in various digital marketing channels. Your primary focus will be on optimizing campaigns to achieve specific performance metrics such as conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and creative to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.              Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across digital channels

2.              Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive key performance metrics such as Leads, CPL, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and conversion rates.

3.              Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

4.              Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methods to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.

5.              Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets to support campaign objectives.

6.              Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

7.              Monitor competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

8.              Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, KPIs, and optimization efforts.

9.              Work closely with analytics team to track and measure the impact of marketing initiatives on business outcomes.

10.           Stay informed about changes in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and adapt strategies accordingly.

11.           Continuously evaluate and test new marketing channels and tactics to expand reach and improve overall performance.
