The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Prescription Management:

• Review and dispense prescriptions following standard procedures and regulations.
• Ensure the accuracy of prescription dispensing and maintain appropriate records.

Customer Service:

• Interact with customers professionally, providing guidance on medication use, side effects, and health-related inquiries.
• Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and health products based on customer needs.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the ordering, stocking, and rotation of pharmacy inventory.
• Ensure that the pharmacy maintains adequate supplies of medications and other products.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and standards set by local and national authorities.
• Maintain pharmacy quality assurance programs and conduct regular audits.

Staff Supervision and Training:

• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and other staff members.
• Provide training and ensure staff competence in pharmacy operations.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:

• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Communicate effectively with prescribers regarding patient medication needs.

Financial Management:

• Contribute to the financial success of the pharmacy by managing costs and increasing revenue.
• Participate in pricing strategies and promotional activities.

Emergency Response:

• Coordinate with emergency services when required.
