Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilates Instructor based in Vipul Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The Pilates Instructor will lead individual and group Pilates sessions, develop personalized exercise plans, and guide clients in achieving their fitness goals. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating proper techniques, providing physical therapy-informed modifications, offering excellent customer service, and maintaining a motivating and professional classroom environment. Additional duties may include team collaboration and contributing to the overall growth of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates sessions with proper technique and safety
• Design personalized workout plans based on client needs and fitness levels
• Monitor client progress and provide consistent guidance and motivation
• Ensure a professional, welcoming, and disciplined studio environment
• Educate clients about posture, core strength, flexibility, and injury prevention

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pilates Instructor
• Certified in Pilates (Mat/Reformer preferred)
• Strong understanding of body mechanics and alignment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and client transformation
