🧑‍💼 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Placement Coordinator for our GDA (General Duty Assistant) training program. The candidate will be responsible for providing placement support to trained candidates and coordinating with hospitals, healthcare companies, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange placements for GDA-trained candidates
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare companies
• Maintain placement records and candidate data
• Conduct follow-ups with employers and candidates
• Support candidates in interview preparation and joining formalities
• Build and maintain strong corporate tie-ups

🎓 Eligibility & Skills

✅ Minimum 01 year experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or training institute

✅ Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

✅ Knowledge of corporate hiring & contact center placements

✅ Strong coordination & follow-up skills

✅ Ability to work with students and employers professionally

✅ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Google Sheets)

🌟 Preferred Background⭐ Experience in Skill Development / Training Institute / Contact Center hiring
