Procurement Manager

Are you experienced in managing procurement operations and vendor ecosystems?

This role focuses on end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, compliance, and operational support to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing aligned with organizational goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

*Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors as per organizational requirements

*Coordinating with vendors for quotations, negotiations, order confirmations, and deliveries

*Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, pricing benchmarks, and timelines

*Maintaining procurement documentation, records, audit files, and MIS

*Tracking purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and closures

*Supporting daily operations through MS Excel, reporting, and documentation

We are looking for a professional who can analyze procurement requirements, evaluate commercial and risk factors, optimize vendor selection, and recommend sourcing decisions in the organization’s best interest.

*1–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations

*Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

*Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

*Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines
