Production Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Event Production Executive to support the planning and execution of corporate events. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of event production processes, vendor coordination, on-ground setup, stage and AV management, and must be capable of handling technical and operational elements with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end production for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and activations.

• Coordinate with vendors for fabrication, audio-visual setup, branding, lighting, etc.

• Conduct site visits and prepare basic production plans as per event requirements.

• Supervise on-ground setup, ensure timely installation, and handle real-time troubleshooting.

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality event execution.

• Maintain production checklists, materials, and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of event production and technical setups.

• Good vendor management and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Qualification:

• Degree in Event Management, Production, Media, or related field.

• Experience in an event agency or production house preferred.
