Production Executive

Production & Fulfillment Executive (Hybrid Manufacturing)

We are seeking a highly versatile, detail-oriented Production Executive to lead the end-to-end creation of diverse product lines. This is a "hands-on" role where you will manage three distinct production streams:

1. Digital Print-on-Demand (Books),
2. Custom PC Assembly, and
3. 3D Printed Products.

The ideal candidate is a "Maker" at heart - someone who enjoys technical assembly, fine-tuning machinery, and ensuring every product leaves the facility in perfect condition.

Digital Book Production (POD): Operate digital printing machinery for high-quality book covers and inner pages.

1. Manage the binding process (Perfect binding, spiral, or stapled) ensuring structural integrity.
2. Perform quality checks on color calibration and trim accuracy.

Custom PC & SOHO Integration: Assemble custom PC builds according to specific component lists.

1. Set up complete SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) bundles, including monitors, peripherals, and printers.
2. Perform basic cable management and "Out of Box Experience" (OOBE) preparation.

3D Print Production & Finishing: Build, Operate and maintain a fleet of FDM 3D printers.

1. Post-Processing: Professional-grade removal of supports, sanding, and gap-filling.
2. Aesthetics: High-quality spray painting and finishing of 3D printed parts.
3. Assembly: Final mechanical assembly of multi-part 3D prints.

Packaging: Securely pack fragile items (electronics and books) to survive transit.

Logistics, Returns & Repair

• Dispatch: Coordinate with logistics partners and manage pickup schedules.
• RMA & Repair: Inspect returned or damaged items, diagnose faults, and perform "rectification" repairs to bring products back to Grade-A status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Technical: Active interest in building custom FDM 3D Printers, use 3D Printing software, operate digital paper printers and digital print layouts.
2. Mechanical: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and PC hardware components.
3. Artistic: Steady hand for spray painting and fine detail sanding/finishing.
4. Operations: Ability to multitask across different production workflows daily.
5. Problem Solving: Ability to "reverse engineer" a mistake and fix it efficiently.
