Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Incharge who can:

• Increase daily production output
• Improve manpower efficiency
• Enforce discipline & process compliance
• Identify loopholes in production flow
• Drive team performance with structured planning

🔹 Key Responsibilities🔧 Production & OperationsPlan daily, weekly and monthly production schedules

• Monitor injection moulding operations (rubber/elastomer)
• Ensure maximum machine utilization
• Reduce cycle time, rejection rate & downtime
• Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
• 👥 Manpower Management- Allocate manpower efficiently across shifts
• Brief operators daily on production targets
• Ensure discipline and accountability on shop floor
• Build a performance-driven culture
• 📊 Process Control & ImprovementIdentify bottlenecks and production loopholes
• Implement SOPs and standard work practices
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with maintenance to reduce breakdown time

🔹 Required Skills & Experience✔ 8–15 years experience in rubber/elastomer manufacturing

✔ Strong experience in Rubber Injection Moulding

✔ Knowledge of compounds such as EPDM, NBR, NR etc.

✔ Hands-on experience managing 20+ workers

✔ Understanding of curing cycles, mould temperature & flash control

✔ Strong leadership and decision-making ability

✔ Ability to handle pressure & production targets

• 🔹 PreferredExperience in automotive / railway rubber components
• Experience handling 200T–500T injection moulding machines
• Exposure to ISO systems & quality audits
