Project General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all civil engineering projects
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively
• Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare and present project reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in civil engineering project management
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering standards and regulations
• Proficiency in project management software
