Job Title: Project Manager Location: Lucknow. We partner with government departments to deliver high-impact projects and ensure successful outcomes. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and manage all operations related to project execution, from the award of the contract to the receipt of payment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating logistics, managing warehousing, and ensuring the successful delivery of equipment and services. The Project Manager will also handle report collection, filing, and invoicing to ensure smooth operations and timely payment from government departments. Key Responsibilities: ● Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. Ensure all aspects of the project are executed according to the contract requirements and company standards. ● Logistics Management: Oversee logistics for the transportation, warehousing, and delivery of equipment and materials. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution. ● Warehouse Management: Manage warehousing operations, including inventory control, storage, and handling of project materials. Ensure all items are securely stored and readily accessible. ● Report Collection & Filing: Collect, organize, and file all project-related reports, including progress reports, compliance documents, and performance evaluations. Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to the relevant government departments. ● Submission & Documentation: Prepare and submit required documentation, including project files and reports, to government departments. Ensure all submissions meet departmental requirements and deadlines. ● Invoice Management: Prepare and submit invoices for completed projects. Follow up on invoice approvals and address any discrepancies or issues to facilitate prompt payment. ● Payment Follow-Up: Monitor and manage the payment process from the government department. Ensure timely receipt of payments and resolve any issues that may arise. ● Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with government officials, contractors, and internal teams. Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. ● Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure all project risks are managed and mitigated effectively. Qualifications: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are a plus. ● Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly with government contracts and projects. Experience in logistics, warehousing, and equipment delivery is highly desirable. ● Skills: ○ Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of a project. ○ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. ○ Proficiency in project management software and tools. ○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ○ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. ● Personal Attributes: ○ Proactive and results-driven with a strong focus on achieving project goals. ○ Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks with minimal supervision. ○ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
