📝 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Proof Reader to review, edit, and finalize documents and print materials. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent command over language, and proficiency in design and documentation tools.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities Proof read and edit documents for grammatical, formatting, and typographical accuracy
• Review layouts and design files in PageMaker and Corel DRAW
• Finalize content and prepare files for printing
• Coordinate with design and content teams for corrections
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all documents

💼 Required Skills

• Page Maker
• Corel DRAW
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Typing: Hindi & English (30–35 WPM)
• Strong attention to detail & error spotting
• Basic understanding of print layout standards
• 📚 Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• Additional certifications in DTP/design tools will be a plus
