Property Manager Responsibilities:

Property manager will be assigned a rental property and will be responsible for managing all day to day operations of that property (property is a girls PG ).

Day to day operations include taking booking of vacant beds/rooms, by cold calling on the assigned leads and showing them the property and taking booking.

Taking care of the whole property.

Managing food, supply, guard, cleaning staff and cook.

Collecting rent and depositing it in the company's bank account.

Solving conflicts among tenants.

Representing company in all cases related to the property.

Co-ordinating with sales, service, operations and accounts department of the Company.

Property Manager Requirements:

This job is for female only, who can stay on the assigned property.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline .

Experience in sales, marketing or related field would be preferred.

Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint would be preferred.

Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
