Public Relations Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and legally qualified Network Officer to act as a strong liaison with government departments such as Nagar Palika, Nagar Nigam, Airport Authority, and other civic bodies. The role focuses on securing new tenders and obtaining media creation permissions in multiple cities including Lucknow, Agra, Kanpur, Meerut, Bareilly, Jhansi, Sitapur, Shahjahanpur, and others.

Key Result Areas (KRA):

1. Act as the official point of contact for interactions with government departments and regulatory authorities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with officials in Nagar Palika, Nagar Nigam, Airport Authority, and other municipal bodies.
3. Actively identify and pursue new tender opportunities relevant to the company’s business.
4. Facilitate and secure media creation permissions for advertising projects across target cities.
5. Ensure compliance with all local, municipal, and statutory requirements during tender submissions and media installations.
6. Maintain a systematic follow-up process with authorities for approvals, renewals, and project-related clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in official meetings, hearings, and discussions with government officials.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation as per guidelines and deadlines.
• Monitor updates from municipal and airport authorities regarding advertising policies, permissions, and tenders.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, permissions, and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness of documents and adherence to legal norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: LLB (Bachelor of Laws) – Mandatory
• Experience: 2+ years in liaison/government relations/legal affairs, preferably with municipal and development authorities.
• Strong understanding of tender processes, municipal permissions, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills (Hindi & English).
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.
• Strong follow-up and deadline management skills.
