Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, solid backend fundamentals, and experience building production-ready APIs and services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
• Build and manage RESTful APIs
• Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval
• Implement business logic, authentication, and authorization
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix backend issues
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams
• Participate in code reviews and improve development standards
• Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of professional experience in Python backend development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with backend frameworks such as:

• Django / Django REST Framework
• Flask / FastAPI
• Strong understanding of:

• REST APIs
• HTTP methods & status codes
• Database experience:

• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• MongoDB (preferred)
• Familiarity with:

• ORM tools (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Authentication methods (JWT, OAuth – preferred)
• Good understanding of:

• Data structures & algorithms
• Backend architecture & design patterns
• Experience using Git for version control
• Basic knowledge of Linux and server environments
• Good to Have (Preferred Skills)Experience with Docker and containerization
• Knowledge of Celery / Redis for background tasks
• Experience deploying applications on AWS / GCP / Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Experience with API security and performance optimization
