Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, providing property consultations, and closing sales. You will represent the company in a professional manner and work to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of available properties, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
  • Assist clients through the sales process, including documentation and coordination with legal and financial teams.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property developers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and reports to management.
