Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and develop leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and field visits.
  2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Property Presentation: Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed information about available properties, especially Parijaat Residency.
  4. Sales Closure: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and finalize deals to achieve sales targets.
  5. Documentation: Assist clients with booking, payment plans, and required documentation for property transactions.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to suggest strategic improvements.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  2. Experience: 0–3 years in real estate sales or related fields. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.
  3. Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  1. Language Proficiency: Hindi and English. Additional regional languages will be a plus.
  2. Personality: Outgoing, target-driven, and self-motivated.
