Hello everyone, our company Agrasarna Infratech Pvt. Ltd. and 99Ghar Pvt. Ltd. are hiring an experienced Sales Manager β Real Estate who can lead the sales team, generate revenue, and close residential & plotted projects efficiently.
Job Title: Sales Manager β Real Estate

Location: Naktur,Sarojini Nagar,Lucknow (On-site)
Experience Required: 2β5 Years (Real Estate Sales preferred)
Salary: Best in Industry + High Incentives (No Upper Cap)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sales operations for residential / plotted projects
- Lead, train & motivate site sales executives and channel partners
- Generate walk-ins, site visits & closures
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead conversion
- Maintain customer relationship till booking & closing.
- Prepare daily sales reports & MIS
- Handle negotiations and deal closures independently
Candidate Requirements :
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong knowledge of site sales, booking & registry process
- Team handling experience mandatory
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Target-oriented & result-driven mindset
- Local market knowledge of Lucknow preferred
