Receptionist Cum Computer Operator

Job Title: Female Receptionist

Location: Transport Nagar, Lucknow

Salary: ₹10000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and confident Female Receptionist to manage the front desk of our office in Transport Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers warmly

Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information

Answer phone calls and respond to basic queries

Schedule and manage appointments or meetings

Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers

Maintain visitor records and logbook entries

Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations

Assist in administrative tasks like data entry and filing

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred

basic English (Hindi knowledge is a plus)

Pleasant personality and good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge preferred

Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is an advantage, but not mandatory
