Receptionist Cum Office Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to join our Café & Kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm smile
• Handle phone calls, table reservations, and walk-in inquiries
• Manage billing, orders, and basic cash/card transactions
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and a pleasant front-desk area
• Handle customer queries and feedback politely

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
• Pleasant personality with customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer/ billing software knowledge preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in café/restaurant/hospitality is a plus
