Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a presentable and soft-spoken Front Desk Executive to manage daily clinic operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle patient records and payments with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Patient Management: Maintain a record of visiting patients in both register and Excel.

✅ Appointments Handling: Schedule and manage patient appointments.

✅ Billing & Payments: Maintain cash and payment records with accuracy.

✅ Medicine Handling: Provide prescribed medicines to patients and maintain stock records.

✅ Record Keeping: Update patient details, appointment logs, and medicine inventory regularly.

✅ Reception Duties: Greet and assist patients with queries in a polite and professional manner.

Requirements:

✔ Presentable & Well-Mannered: Should have a professional appearance and a polite approach.

✔ Soft-Spoken & Friendly: Must ensure a welcoming environment for patients.

✔ Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is required.

✔ Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain records efficiently.

✔ Experience in a Similar Role (Preferred): Prior experience in clinic/hospital front desk management is a plus.
