Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Organization: Nirogyam Ayurvedic Hospital

Location: Lucknow

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

• Job Responsibilities:Greet patients and visitors politely and assist them at the front desk
• Handle patient registration, appointments, and billing coordination
• Manage incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain patient records and front office documentation
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and hospital staff
• Handle basic cash and billing activities, if required
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the reception area
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
• Pleasant personality and patient-friendly attitude
• Experience in hospital or clinic front office will be preferred
