Job Title: Female Receptionist

Location: Cafe near Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and confident Female Receptionist to manage the front desk of our cafe near Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should be friendly, well-spoken, and comfortable interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers warmly

Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information

Manage reservations and walk-in coordination

Answer phone calls and respond to basic queries

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Coordinate with cafe staff for smooth customer service

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred

Fluent in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus)

Pleasant personality and good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge preferred

Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is an advantage, but not mandatory
