Job Description – Recruiter (Staffing Industry)

📍 Location: Lucknow

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Staffing/Recruitment

(Preference will be given to candidates with Manufacturing hiring experience)

Gender: Male

Age: 23 to 35 years

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and industrial roles

Bulk hiring for ITI, Diploma, and blue-collar workforce

Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and field recruitment

Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with clients

Handling joining formalities, documentation, and follow-ups

Maintaining candidate data and recruitment trackers

Coordinating with internal teams and clients to close positions on time

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of staffing industry processes

Hands-on experience in manufacturing hiring (preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers

Salary:

💰 ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (NTH)

(or as per last drawn salary, for the right candidate)
