Job Description
Role Objective: To build trust, relationships, and local presence for a senior-only group tour company by engaging with senior communities, RWAs, associations, and ambassadors. The role focuses on relationship-building, community outreach, and lead nurturing rather than only direct sales.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Relationship Building & Community Engagement
Build long-term relationships with senior citizens in the city
Regular visits to:
RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations)
Senior citizen groups
Morning walk groups
Retired employee associations
Act as a friendly and trusted point of contact for seniors in the local area
2. Ambassador & Referral Network Development
Connect with seniorworld ambassadors from past travelers
Make relationship with ambassadors through regular interaction
Support ambassadors with:
Company introduction material
Maintain a healthy referral pipeline through relationship management
3. Local Collaborations & Tie-ups
Develop collaborations with:
RWAs and housing societies
Senior clubs and associations
Wellness centers, clinics, yoga centers
Coordinate small awareness sessions or meet-ups
4. Lead Generation & Nurturing and Sales
Generate leads through community interaction
Nurture leads by:
Explaining tour concepts patiently
Addressing senior-specific concerns (comfort, safety, health)
Connecting interested seniors with the central sales team
Ensure proper handover of qualified leads to the sales/booking team
5. Reporting & Data Maintenance
Maintain records of:
Community visits
RWAs contacted
Leads generated
Ambassador interactions
Submit simple weekly/monthly activity reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of community/RWA visits per month
Active ambassadors onboarded
Leads generated through relationships
Conversion support (indirect contribution)
Repeat interactions with senior groups
Candidate Profile Experience & Background
3–7 years experience in:
Community relations
Relationship management
Field outreach / coordination roles
Experience with senior citizens, housing societies, or community work preferred
Skills & Traits (Very Important)
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Patient, calm, and empathetic nature
Comfortable interacting with senior citizens
Trust-building mindset (not hard-selling)
Willingness to travel locally within the city
Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, calls, simple reporting)
