Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential customers for financial products.
• Promote company products such as Loans, Deposit Schemes, and Investment Plans.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.

Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Follow up with customers for renewals, deposits, and repayments.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote company schemes and financial products.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Documentation & Compliance

• Collect KYC documents from customers.
• Ensure proper documentation for loans or deposit accounts.
• Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor products and market trends.
• Provide feedback to management for improving products and services.
