Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Counter Sales Executive to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain a great in-store experience at Bombay Collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter
• Understand customer needs and recommend products
• Handle billing and payments efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and product display
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Manage basic inventory and stock at the counter

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of retail sales
• Presentable and customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• 4-5 years in retail sales (preferred, not mandatory)
