1️⃣ Outlet ManagerJob RoleThe Outlet Manager will be responsible for overall store operations, team management, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities• Manage daily outlet operations

• Supervise staff and assign duties

• Ensure high customer satisfaction

• Monitor sales and achieve targets

• Maintain store hygiene and product display

• Manage inventory and stock levels

• Coordinate with management for reporting

Requirements• Graduate preferred

• 3–5 years experience in retail / restaurant / sweet shop management

• Leadership and communication skills

• Ability to handle customers and staff

Salary₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

2️⃣ Floor ManagerJob RoleThe Floor Manager will manage customer service on the shop floor and ensure smooth operations during working hours.

Responsibilities• Supervise floor staff and sales counters

• Ensure proper customer handling

• Maintain product display and cleanliness

• Support sales activities

• Assist the outlet manager in operations

Requirements• 1–3 years experience in retail / food outlet preferred

• Good communication skills

• Active and responsible personality

Salary₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month

3️⃣ Steward / Service StaffJob RoleStewards will assist customers, maintain cleanliness, and support sales operations.

Responsibilities• Welcome and assist customers

• Serve products and guide customers

• Maintain cleanliness of counters and shop floor

• Assist in packing and basic service tasks

Requirements• Minimum 10th / 12th pass

• Polite and hardworking

• Basic customer service skills

Salary₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month
