Rubber Mixing Operator

The Rubber Mixing Operator will be responsible for preparing rubber compounds using Inter Mix (SCADA) or Kneader machines as per approved formulations and production schedules.

This role is critical because compound quality directly affects elastomeric pads, hoses, and other railway-grade rubber components.

• Key Responsibilities
• 🔹 Machine OperationOperate Internal Mixer / Kneader machine
• Follow approved batch formulation strictly
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and mixing cycle time
• Maintain proper sequence of raw material feeding
• 🔹 Compound Preparation
• Ensure correct weighing of raw materials
• Monitor dispersion quality
• Transfer mixed compound to mill or sheet forming
• 🔹 Quality Control
• Maintain batch records
• Ensure compound consistency
• Report abnormalities in mixing or raw material
• 🔹 Equipment Care
• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
• Coordinate with maintenance team if breakdown occurs
• Maintain safe working practices

• Follow production schedule
• Minimize material wastage
• Maintain housekeeping in mixing area
