Responsible for driving sales, executing marketing strategies, and growing the customer base in the solar sector. Key Responsibilities: • Develop sales and marketing strategies. • Identify and engage potential customers. • Conduct site assessments and provide solar solutions. • Negotiate and close deals. • Maintain customer relationships. Skills and Competencies: • Knowledge of solar products and solutions. If not willingness to known the product. • Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and CRM proficiency. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Renewable Energy, or related fields / B-Tech/Diploma Electrical etc • 2-4 years of sales and marketing experience in the solar sector. • Solar or Sales Management certification (preferred).
