Sales and Marketing Executive

Sales Executive / Sales Officer – Harvester & Agricultural Products:

We are looking for a dynamic, field-oriented Sales Executive to develop assigned territories, generate strong enquiries, and achieve sales targets for harvesters and agricultural equipment. The role involves aggressive enquiry generation and market development through van campaigns, village contact drives, small gosthis/farmer meetings, machine road shows, demonstrations, mela participation, and banker meets, along with systematic follow-ups to convert leads into bookings. The candidate will build and manage farmer and contractor relationships, coordinate financing and delivery, support after-sales teams, track competitor activity, and ensure accurate CRM and sales reporting. The position requires regular field travel, active participation in promotional activities, and a strong focus on brand representation and customer satisfaction. Graduates/diploma holders with 2–5 years’ experience in agricultural machinery or farm equipment sales, good communication skills, and a target-driven attitude are preferred.
