We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating new business leads, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop sales strategy to pull out the sale

- Generate new business leads through outbound sales, or from field

- Build relationships with potential clients and provide information about our products/services

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing and sales strategies

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

- Update records and sales reports

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar industry of security and manpower supply

- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
