🔶 Role Overview

You will be responsible for sourcing loan business through self-sourcing, DSAs, connectors, freelancers, and direct customer acquisition. The role requires strong relationship management, active field engagement, and consistent achievement of monthly productivity and revenue targets.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Source business across PL / BL / LAP / HL / Mortgage loan products
• Build, onboard, activate, and manage DSAs, connectors & freelancers
• Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and existing networks
• Achieve monthly 2x Productivity P&L targets (with ramp-up support)
• Maintain a strong pipeline with daily follow-ups and activity discipline
• Manage logins, documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for processing
• Expand sourcing network across assigned UP territory
• Ensure month-on-month business growth, disbursement, and revenue delivery

🔶 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan sourcing or loan sales
• Strong network of DSAs, connectors, freelancers, and referral partners
• Experience in retail loans (PL/BL/LAP/HL) preferred
• Field-ready, target-driven, and excellent at relationship management
• Ability to independently manage sourcing channels & closures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up discipline

🔶 Performance & Compensation Structure

• Consultancy Range: ₹20,000 – ₹75,000/month (based on role & experience)
• Performance Model: 2x of Total Cost (TC)
• Ramp-Up Plan:

• Month 1: 1.25x
• Month 2: 1.5x
• Month 3: 1.75x
• Month 4 onwards: 2x steady-state target
• Incentives: Payable on surplus revenue generated above the 2x threshold
