Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition & Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and setting goals.
- Partner Enablement: Provide training, marketing materials, technical assistance, and support to partners to ensure they can sell effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track partner sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, product, technical) to ensure seamless execution and support for channel initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key partner personnel.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
