Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Telecaller for our night shift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and chat messages from potential customers to promote and sell our products or services. As a Telecaller, you will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and chat messages from prospective customers and provide information about our products or services. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and sales activity in the company's CRM system. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers to increase the likelihood of a sale. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all leads are properly qualified and followed up on. Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing training and coaching. Requirements: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Proven experience in telesales or a similar role. Ability to work comfortably in night shifts. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer objections. A self-motivated individual who is goal-oriented and driven to succeed. Ability to work well in a team environment.
