Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed + Performance Incentives)

About the Role

Solarspot Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our field sales team as Solar Consultants. In this role, you’ll engage directly with residential customers, conduct site visits, understand energy needs, recommend suitable solar solutions, and support customers through the sales process. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, field work, and delivering clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Field Visits & Lead Conversion

Visit potential customers at their premises to understand energy usage, roof conditions, and solar requirements.

🔹 Customer Consultation & Education

Explain the benefits of solar energy, system options, finances, savings, and government incentives clearly and confidently.

🔹 Site Assessment Support

Conduct basic feasibility checks; coordinate with technical/design teams for detailed site surveys.

🔹 Proposal Preparation & Follow-up

Prepare and present tailored solar proposals, follow up with customers, and help close sales.

🔹 Maintain Records & CRM Updates

Record all customer data, interactions, and sales progress in the company’s CRM or reporting tools.

🔹 Local Travel for Field Activities

Regular travel within assigned Lucknow areas to meet leads and customers.

Who Can Apply

✔ Freshers who are eager to start a career in renewable energy sales.

✔ Candidates with up to 6 months of field sales or customer-facing experience (any industry).

✔ Strong communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred).

✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors.

✔ Must own/have access to a two-wheeler with driving license (preferred but negotiable).
