Job Description

Lead Acquisition & Qualification: Generate leads through field visits, local partnerships, digital enquiries, and qualify them based on load requirement, rooftop feasibility, and customer intent.

Customer Consultation: Educate customers on PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, rooftop solar benefits, payback period, and system sizing. Conduct requirement analysis and guide them with the best solution.

Proposal & Pricing Management: Prepare accurate quotations, financial analysis, subsidy calculations, and loan options. Ensure timely follow-ups to drive conversion.

Sales Closure & Documentation: Finalize deals, complete application forms, collect KYC and electricity bill, and ensure accurate entry on the PM Surya Ghar portal or company CRM.

Cross-Team Coordination: Work with survey, design, installation, and finance teams to ensure smooth project timelines and clear communication with customers.

Customer Relationship & Referral Growth: Maintain post-sale engagement, resolve queries promptly, track installation progress with operations, and drive referrals for new business.
