Job Description

  • Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loan
  • Location: LUCKNOW, VARANASI, PRAYAGRAJ, KANPUR
  • Salary: As per company norms + Incentives
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Personal Loan (preferred)
  • Job Responsibilities:Generate leads for Personal Loan through field visits, cold calling & referrals.
  • Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation & process to customers.
  • Collect required documents and coordinate with credit/operations team.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure proper follow-up and timely disbursal of files.
  • Maintain daily reports on visits, leads & conversions.
