Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our café team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, enhancing customer experience, and promoting our café offerings. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection
• Promote café products, special offers, and upsell items
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Handle billing, orders, and payments efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the café
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or hospitality (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
