Job Description

Job Title: Sales Telecaller / Sales Executive – DEX (DynamicExams.com)


Location: Remote / Work-from-office


Work Days: 6 days a week (Flexible working hours)

Eligibility & Trial Period


•There will be a 10-day trial period.


•Selection & salary confirmation will depend on the average conversions achieved during these 10 days.


Minimum Conversion Criteria:


•2 conversions/day → Salary: ₹12,500/month (minimum requirement to qualify)


•3 conversions/day → Salary: ₹15,500/month


•4 conversions/day → Salary: ₹17,800/month


Only candidates meeting the minimum 2 sale/day average will be offered the job


Role & Responsibilities


•Connect with high-intent leads provided on your dashboard.


•Pitch DEX’s subscription plans in a clear, confident, and aspirational manner.


•Handle objections and resolve doubts to ensure maximum conversions.


•Follow-up with interested prospects to close sales.


•Maintain accurate lead status and conversion records in the CRM.


Who We’re Looking For


•Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

•Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.

•Previous sales or telecalling experience is an advantage, but freshers with great energy are welcome.

•Self-motivated and able to work independently.

•Passionate about education and helping students succeed.
