The Strategic RoleAs a Sales Associate, you are more than a representative; you are a consultant for our clients. You will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to final onboarding—ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standards of the DEX brand.


  • Core ResponsibilitiesConsultative Sales: Execute high-quality outbound calls to engage potential leads, identifying their pain points and positioning DEX solutions effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clarity and building trust through articulate, professional communication.
  • Strategic Growth: Consistently achieve performance benchmarks that contribute to the organization’s expansion.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain a disciplined record of the sales pipeline, ensuring no lead is left unaddressed and data integrity is preserved.
  • Candidate CriteriaExperience & Background: A minimum of one year in tele-sales or customer-centric roles. We are looking for candidates who have transitioned from "learning" to "performing."
  • Academic Credential: Must hold a completed Undergraduate Degree.
  • Technical Readiness: As a digital-first organization, candidates must have a personal laptop in excellent working condition.
