Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong network of channel partners and sales associates
- On-board new associates and provide them with the necessary project training, pricing, and sales tools
- Drive partner engagement through regular meetings and site visits
- Monitor associate performance and help them achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Act as a key link between Arsha’s internal sales/marketing teams and external channel partners
- Ensure proper communication of new project launches, offers, and inventory updates to all associates
- Support partners in lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closure of deals
- Maintain and update partner information, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Plan and execute channel partner events, reward programs, and site tours to boost engagement
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities
- Ensure transparency, professionalism, and compliance with company policies in all partner dealings
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in real estate
- Proven experience in managing associate networks and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- In-depth understanding of the real estate market
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple partners, and travel as needed
