Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell advanced poultry equipment across North India. The role involves developing strong relationships with poultry farmers, breeders, integrators, and dealers, achieving sales targets, and supporting the company’s growth in the Indian poultry industry.


1. Business Development & Sales Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with poultry farmers, breeders, integrators, and dealers across India.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans in coordination with the Regional / National Head.


2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly visit poultry farms, dealer networks, and breeder units for product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and technical assistance.


3. Marketing & Product Promotion

  • Promote company products such as A-Type / H-Type Cages, Battery Cages, Feeding & Drinking Systems, Climate Control Systems, and other Poultry Equipment.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry seminars to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct product training sessions and technical demonstrations for dealers and customers.


4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and service departments for order execution and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements and challenges.

5. Collections & After-Sales Support

  • Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company credit policies.
  • Provide after-sales support by coordinating with service teams for installation or issue resolution.
