Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Sales Team.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote our consulting services.

The role involves presenting our hospital audit services, documentation support, requirement assessment, and operational efficiency solutions including marketing and revenue generation strategies.


This position requires frequent field visits and direct interaction with hospital administrators, management teams, and decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Field Sales & Client Acquisition

- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to introduce and explain company services.

- Generate new leads and build a strong client pipeline.

- Conduct in-person meetings with hospital management and decision-makers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


2. Service Presentation & Promotion

- Present consulting services including:

 • Hospital audits (clinical, operational, and compliance audits)

 • Documentation management and process setup

 • Requirement collection and gap analysis

 • Operational efficiency improvement strategies

 • Marketing support services

 • Revenue enhancement and revenue cycle optimization services

- Customize presentations based on hospital size and requirements.


3. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital administrators and management.

- Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Coordinate with internal consulting teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

- Gather market feedback and competitor information.

- Provide regular sales reports and visit reports to management.

- Identify opportunities for new service offerings.
